The Puerto Rican Festival will be celebrating its 51st year in August. New Havens Historic Green Chapel Elm Streets. The first will be Saturday August 14 from 2 to 9 pm. WROC The Puerto Rican Festival announced changes for this years 51 st annual celebration.

This summer the festival will be a two-day event held Saturday August 14 at the International Plaza and August 21 at Parcel 5.
